The CMC Coaching app was designed to create a more modern way for me to connect with my clients. My app is bringing next level accountability when it comes to achieving results.

CLIENT PROFILE
You will have your own personal profile with all your specific details so I can tailor the most personalised nutrition and training program is modified just to you.

PROGRESS FEATURE
In the progress section you can add a front, side and back photo. There is also the great new features of adding body fat percentage and measurements of waist, chest, bicep and legs. The progress section will be updated every single week at your check in so we can evaluate your progress.

MEAL PLAN FEATURE
In meal plan will be your nutrition that I have tailored for you and your goals. Not only is your calories and macros calculated for each day. They are also calculated for each individual meal and food. This allowing you to become more educated on the value of each specific foods.

MEAL DIARY FEATURE
This is the most exciting feature of the CMC Coaching app. I am bringing NEXT LEVEL ACCOUNTABILITY when it comes to nutrition.

This cool new functionality will allow you to post every single meal or food you eat. The time & date will already be automated for you. By posting everything that you eat, I will be able to see everything you are having and that youre sticking to your meal plan. I can also leave comments on your meals for praise and guidance.

Having a photographic meal deal is a great way to evaluate your progress at check ins. It enables us to look back over your nutrition for days, weeks and months. That way if we ever hit a stall in progress we can have a look at your nutrition and can then be easily tailored.

CHECK IN FEATURE
Each week I will open the check. Once your progress photos are taken. You will need to fill out the check in questionnaire. Once this is all completed I will make contact with you and disgust your progress.
